Partners Do’s & Don’ts
1.Any unauthorized registration and/or use of a domain name bearing a prefix, suffix or variations, similar or deceptively similar to any of the Company’s Intellectual Properties registered or otherwise and/or proposed project/project names by the Channel Partner would tantamount to an infringement of the Company’s Intellectual Properties and in such event the Company reserves its right to take appropriate action against the Channel Partner in accordance with law.
2.A Channel Partner seeking to register a domain name bearing an Intellectual Property of the Company may seek prior authorization of the Company and the Company shall at its sole discretion permit such registration /use of domain names bearing an Intellectual Property/Project Name of the Company.
3.Channel Partners are not allow to use ADITYARAM PROPERTIES or ADITYARAM PROPERTIES project logos in any form.
4.All communication materials / collaterals used by the channel partners have to be approve by ADITYARAM PROPERTIES.
5.There should not be any change in the price quoted by ADITYARAM PROPERTIES.
6.Channel partners cannot indulge in sharing special freebie or pay cut on their fee with customers / ADITYARAM PROPERTIES personnel nor attract prospective customers through sharing of fee or similar offers.
7.Channel Partners should not misuse the ADITYARAM PROPERTIES or ADITYARAM brand name for personal benefit. For example, ADITYARAM PROPERTIES may have privilege offers, which the channel partner must not take advantage of it.
8.Abide by the ADITYARAM PROPERTIES brand guidelines on advertising materials and clearly mention own company name and contact details on all marketing collaterals developed and/or used post taking necessary approval from the management of ADITYARAM PROPERTIES. This applies to all media platforms including Digital & Social Media Networks.
9.Channel Partner should not use brand keywords such as brand name or project name in Digital platform for bidding directly (Ex: Adityaram Properties, Adityaram Palace City etc.).
10.Channel partners are allowed to generate leads only with their brand name and using individual names for profiling should be avoided (Ex: Individual names on WhatsApp)
11.Channel partners are allow to operate only after signing up the channel partner agreement with ADITYARAM PROPERTIES.
12.ADITYARAM PROPERTIES may require the Channel Partner to remove or rectify any of the Company’s Intellectual properties whether registered or otherwise if they are not in accordance with the Company’s specifications.
13.If the Channel Partner fails to remove or rectify such defective representations even after the Company / Authorized personnel notifying the Channel Partner of the same the Company reserves its right to terminate this Agreement forthwith and without notice, and in such event any further use of the Company’s Intellectual Properties shall be construed as an infringement of the Company’s Intellectual Property Rights and Company reserves to take appropriate action against the Channel Partner in accordance with law.
